Who we are
Grand Portraits is a portrait studio in Manila, Philippines. In this notice, “we” means Grand Portraits. You can reach us at grandportraits01@gmail.com or +63 917 383 8152.
We keep this notice with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in mind.
What this site collects
Very little. The inquiry form does not send or store anything on our servers. The details you type are only placed into a WhatsApp or email draft on your own device, and you choose whether to send it.
If you do send it, we receive what you sent through WhatsApp or email. We use it only to reply and to arrange your session.
To save you retyping, a draft of the form may be saved in your own browser (local storage). It stays on your device. You can clear it with the “Clear” link on the form, or through your browser settings.
This site has no accounts, takes no payments and uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, it may process basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, in server logs for security and performance.
Our fonts and images are served from our own site. The site does not call third-party font services.
Portraits on this site
The portraits shown here are published with the permission of the people in them. [Owner to confirm: all sitters have given permission] If you appear on this site and would like a portrait removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you (access);
- ask us to fix anything that is wrong (correction);
- ask us to delete it (erasure); and
- object to how we use it.
To use any of these, email grandportraits01@gmail.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you may also contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
How long we keep messages
We keep your messages only as long as needed to arrange and deliver your session. [Owner to confirm: retention period]
